FUNCTIONAL FITNESS & PERFORMACE Training

What Is Functional Training?

      Functional training focuses on building strength, mobility, coordination, and resilience through movements that reflect real life and sport. Rather than isolating muscles, training emphasizes how the body moves as a whole — improving efficiency, reducing injury risk, and enhancing performance both inside and outside the gym. This approach is ideal for athletes looking to improve performance, as well as non-athletes who want to move better, feel stronger, and stay capable as they age.

Whether your goal is sport-specific performance or simply feeling better in your body, training is tailored to meet you where you are.

How Training Is Delivered

 All sessions are conducted in person and may include:

  • One-on-one private training
  • Flexible location training sessions
  • Small group training (couples, friends, partners, or small teams)
     

Each session is personalized, intentional, and built around your needs, goals, and movement capacity.

What Sessions Focus On

  • Functional strength and stability 
  • Movement quality and efficiency 
  • Mobility, balance, and coordination 
  • Athletic performance or daily-life performance 
  • Long-term resilience and injury prevention
     

Training is designed to support how you move, train, compete, and live.

Pricing

Flexible Location Training

Sessions are delivered at home, outdoors, or approved locations based on availability and needs.

One-on-One Functional Training

$50 / Session

Coach-led personal training built around strength, movement, and resilience for everyday life and sport — not just gym aesthetics. 


Locations: Servicing the Metro-Detroit, MI Area

Travel Consideration
A $5–$10 travel fee may be added per session depending on distance and time. 

Small Group Functional Training

$30 /person per session

Coach-led small group training focused on strength, movement quality, and performance. Shared cost, individualized coaching, high energy


  • (2-person minimum, 8-Person Maximum)
  • For groups of 5 or more, a $5 per-person discount is available.   
  •  Pricing is listed per person, per session. 


Locations: Servicing the Metro-Detroit, MI Area

Gym-Based Training

One on One Training

 1-on-1 training conducted at approved fitness facilities. Membership required. Pricing, availability and facility options are discussed during consultation.
