We begin with a complimentary 20-minute consultation to learn more about your current health habits, goals, and any roadblocks you've faced. This gives us both a chance to explore how coaching might support you and determine if it’s the right fit.
Step 2 - Wellness Intake & Goal Setting
You’ll complete a simple yet thorough intake form that covers your lifestyle, eating patterns, energy levels, stress, sleep, and more. From this, we develop personalized goals and prioritize areas of your wellness you want to improve.
Step 3 - Weekly or Biweekly Coaching Sessions
During your sessions, we’ll address one area of focus at a time—such as stress management, sleep quality, healthy routines, weight loss, or nutrition. These sessions are fully personalized to your pace and preferences, providing you with tools, accountability, and strategic action steps to integrate into your everyday life.
Step 4 - Between-Session Support & Check-Ins
You won’t be doing this alone. Depending on your package, you’ll receive supportive materials, habit trackers, or check-ins to keep you motivated and on track. The focus is on building sustainable habits that align with your lifestyle and goals.
Step 5 - Progress & Adjustment
As your sessions continue, we’ll assess what’s working and make real-time adjustments. My mission is to help you feel empowered and confident in your ability to take charge of your own health—naturally and effectively.

Step 1 – Free Consultation Call
This introductory call helps us understand the health challenges you're experiencing—whether it’s chronic fatigue, hormone imbalances, digestive distress, autoimmune symptoms, or lingering issues modern medicine hasn’t resolved. We’ll also explore whether a deeper, functional approach is a good match for your goals.
Step 2 – Comprehensive Functional Intake & History
You’ll complete a detailed intake form that dives into your full health story—medical history, symptoms, environment, lifestyle, stress, nutrition, and more. This in-depth review helps uncover patterns and potential underlying root causes that are often overlooked.
Step 3 – Strategic Sessions to Explore the Root Cause
Each coaching session builds on the last as we investigate the core contributors to your symptoms. We may work on gut health, inflammation, hormone balance, immune support, or detoxification strategies. You’ll receive actionable, personalized steps supported by functional nutrition and wellness science.
Step 4 – Functional Bloodwork & Lab Analysis (Optional)
If appropriate, we’ll incorporate bloodwork or lab test interpretation to gain deeper insight into what’s happening beneath the surface. These labs are reviewed through a functional lens to help clarify the best direction for healing.
Step 5 – Ongoing Support & Adjustments
You’ll receive continued support, education, and accountability as your body begins to rebalance. As a coach, my goal is not just to help you feel better—but to empower you to understand your body and reclaim control of your long-term health journey.
