SCWB's FUNCTIONAL Health & PerformaNCE Prorgam

 

Exciting news! 🎉
      Holistic Vitality is partnering with Sports Club of West Bloomfield to offer a comprehensive Functional Health & Performance Program for members seeking a well-rounded approach to fitness, nutrition, and overall health.

The program includes Functional Fitness & Performance offerings focused on improving strength, coordination, movement quality, and physical capacity. These principles support a wide range of goals, benefiting athletes while remaining equally relevant for non-athletes who want to move better, feel stronger, and function more effectively in daily life.

       In addition to fitness and performance offerings, the program provides nutrition and health support as separate or complementary services, allowing members to engage with the areas most relevant to their individual needs and goals.

       All services are delivered by Julian C. Gay, a Functional Health & Performance Specialist with nearly a decade of experience in functional fitness training and approach, forged through training at Unorthodox Fitness in Brighton, Michigan. His work is informed by both real-world athletic application and formal professional training, including certification as a personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, education in functional nutrition through the Functional Nutrition Alliance, and board certification through the American Association of Natural Wellness Coaches. As an active member of the club, avid tennis player, and Spartan Race competitor, his methods bridge structured programming with practical movement, supporting sustainable progress and long-term physical resilience.
