    We start with a free consultation to talk through your dietary needs, goals, food preferences, allergies, and lifestyle. Whether you’re looking for energy, weight loss, digestive relief, or hormone support—your meal plan will be tailored just for you.


Step 2 – Personalized Nutrition Strategy
    After gathering all your information, I’ll begin designing your custom plan. It’s more than just recipes—it’s a strategic roadmap built around your health goals, taste preferences, and schedule. Plans can be crafted for 1 week, 2 weeks, or a full month.


Step 3 – Your Plan is Delivered
    You’ll receive a professionally designed meal plan that includes daily meals, simple recipes, snack options, and grocery shopping lists. The goal is to make healthy eating both enjoyable and realistic, even for those with busy schedules.


Step 4 – Follow-Up & Adjustment (Optional)
    Based on your feedback and progress, we can tweak the plan for variety, ease, or better results. These plans aren’t rigid—they’re designed to work with your lifestyle, not against it.
